Return Policies
  • 25% Restocking Fee is applied to all returns. Boxes must be sealed and not damaged.


  • Broken Boxes can be returned .The customer is responsible for checking a box to see if it contains any broken pieces prior to pick up or delivery. However the customer can still return the broken box in exchange for a new one.


  • Absolutely no returns on special orders. Special orders are custom orders of non-stocked items.


  • Absolutely no returns on Marble and Granite. Marble and Granite are natural stones and can vary in color and shade. Therefore cannot be returned based on variations in color or shade. Ask for a sample of the actual lot# before making a purchase.

Shipping Policies

  • In-store pick-up only.


  • It is the Customers responsibility to purchase insurance for all deliveries involving common carriers or any other paid transport.
     
  • Customers must call prior to placing an order to verify current price. Italian Tile reserves the right to change the price of a tile without notice.
